Absence Procedure
If your child is going to be unexpectedly absent from school, the office needs to be notified before 9.00am. This can be done by either calling the school on 01568 770323 and selecting option 1 or by emailing [email protected], you will need to give a brief explanation (symptoms of illness or other reason if applicable)
If we do not receive contact from you by 9.30am, an intouch message will be sent asking you to contact the school. If we do not receive a response to this message, calls to listed contacts may be made or a home visit may be conducted.
If we do not receive a reason for absence, the absence will be recorded as unauthorised.
