Life Skills lessons provide students with an opportunity to discuss their views, share their opinions and help embed the skills, knowledge and understanding Wigmore High School believes students require to be successful in modern day Britain. We aim to provide engaging and informative opportunities for our students at Key Stage 3 and we regularly invite external speakers in and work with agencies from the local community. In Key Stage 4 we have collapsed curriculum Life Skills days which each have a different theme, i.e. our popular relationships workshop day and our thought provoking diversity day. We also provide trip opportunities for students such as our Dying to Drive visit and our visit to the NEC’s World Skills UK Live show.
