GCSE results
Under general data protection regulations (GDPR) we retain records of leavers' GCSE results for six years. During this time, we are able to produce replacement candidate statements of results upon request. If you need a replacement copy of your GCSE results, please complete this form. Replacement candidate statement of results will be sent by e-mail and you should allow ten working days for your request to be actioned. If you do require a hard copy replacement certified by the school, please contact the school office on 01568 770323.
Replacement GCSE certificates
GCSE certificates are distributed at the school's celebration evening held in November each year. If certificates are not collected on that evening, the school will retain them for one year. JCQ regulations state that after this period, certificates must be securely destroyed. If you require replacement GCSE certificates, then you have to contact the awarding bodies directly to request certifying statements of results.
